What it does
A closed loop for the driver office
Built around how the team already works. Driver managers review their hub each morning, act on a small list of named drivers, and log the outcome — feeding the next day's recommendations.
Ingest
Reads booking, hours and activity data from each iCabbi dispatch server. No third-party data, no driver-facing forms.
Detect
Compares each driver against their own 28-day baseline. Surfaces meaningful drops — not fleet averages.
Act
Routes a short, ranked list to each hub manager via the office Telegram channel. Outcomes are logged in-app.

FleetPulse is operated by Take Me Group — one of the UK's larger private hire and taxi groups, with operations spanning multiple regions across the country under a single dispatch umbrella.
The system is used internally by our driver office and hub managers. It is not a product for sale, and there is no public-facing service. Driver records, contact details and activity are visible only to authorised Take Me Group staff.
